Where and when do they meet?
Small Groups usually meet in homes, but several meet at the church. They meet from September through May. Some will meet for 8 weeks and take a break while others will meet for the entire 9 months. Most groups meet weekly, while others meet every other week. So as you can see there is great diversity in these groups.
What is a small group like?
Many times a Small Group will begin with a fun time of laughs, food or connection. Then it often moves into a time of looking into the Bible for instruction, encouragement and challenge with a strong emphasis on life application. Toward the end of the time is usually a time to voice concerns and pray. The group time lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours. HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
